Holy ****! qv stan 50 hurts like a mo fo

I shot 1cc of Qv Stan 50 in the right quad and Im black hawk down. Is this normal? I think I will drink it from now on. Help Brothers/Sisters

I have shot 2cc of QV at a time and I didnt think it hurt. Everyone must be different, I have done zambon amps got some cramping especially in calf but inject site was not sore.
