    I sweat like a whore in church.

    I'd feel totally unproductive if I didn't sweat during cardio.

    try throwing on some sweats and do ur walking see if u break a sweat

    I found that it helps if I wear pants and a sweatshirt. I also feel unproductive if I don't sweat like a pig.

    You might want to consider changing up your Cardio type also. When I start getting accustomed to one type of cardio I move on to something else and that seems to help bring back the sweat and fatigue even at the 75% MHR.

    45 minutes on the stair stepper whips my ass good every time.

    If you have your heart rate at the right level during cardio, then sweating is irrelevent.

    Then you definitely need to up intensity as you are not going hard enough.

    Your H.R. calculations may be off.

    your target HR is 149


    Mine is 146 and i look like a slimey slug stepping off the eliptical in the mornings.
