    bruising on the injection site

    every once in a while i get a bruise on the spot where i inject my GH.. is this normal? am i pinching the skin too hard? whats going on?

    Don't know what causes the bruising, but I get it occasionally myself..(It's always light bruising, not a deep bruise)

    i get it sometimes too, i think its just from goin thru a blood vessel or something.

    The trick to prevent bruising is to apply pressure on the site for 30 or 60 secs after injection using your fingers

    Give that man a cigar. Just means you nicked a vessle and it resulted in subdural hematoma (bruise)

    Man, I hate subdural hematomas! It sounds pretty f#ckin' cool, though.
