With those goals I wouldn't do sust or deca. Both will put some water weight on you and make you look bloated IMO. You should take some prop with some EQ and throw in some winny at the end to harden you up even more and it will help with the explosiveness which a lot of athletes look for. As far as the GH goes, you don't have enough for it to be beneficial, you need more IMO or you will just be wasting your money. By the time you stop the GH it will just be kicking in. Usually the minimum for GH cycles is 4 months. That's just my 2 cents though. I would do something like this if you can take the ED prop shots:
wks 1-12 EQ 400mg/wk
wks 1-15 test prop 75mg ED
wks 10-15 winny 50mg ED
