I was not saying "the internet got them" the way you take it to mean...I'm saying the fact that they write scripts without face-to-face doctor-patient meetings appears to be the problem (per the article.) To me, the article indicates that the whole "remote HRT" (my description) thing was called into question...

    Sponsor Update

As a Representative for Oasis I would like to clear up things regarding to Powermedica and our company. First we recieved calls asking if we were raided and I assure you we were not. This is intended for individuals that are not local to where Powermedica is located and have not read the paper or seen the news. Powermedica was back to business yesterday. The owner was not arrested and did yesterday let news crews tour his facility which was broadcast on the nightly news. They also open themselves to higher pressure do to being an actual pharmacy which compounds their own drugs. The FDA looks very closely at drugs that are being made. They look for certain things like strength, labeling, correct amounts are in vials. It was to our understanding that this was not happening within their facility after speaking to people associated with Powermedica (employees and patients). Also from our understanding people had experienced serious side effect from certain medication prescribed by Powermedica.

As printed on today's Sun Sentinel paper lists Powermedica as prescribing medication under a false doctor's license that does not exist to practice medicine in Florida.
http://www.sun-sentinel.com/news/loc...a-news-broward Also lists the pharmacy as purchasing hormones from Asia which are not FDA approved. It is though unclear that if they were prescribing without blood work being actually recieved or a physical but when you are a competitor you shop other companies that are in the same business and may it be noted that when shopped they were willing to send out Stanozolol without requiring a blood test and simply with a Medical History. It was also rumored that individuals being prescribed were under age.

I can assure that we will try to keep you updated on the current situation at hand and value your opinions. We also do hope Powermedica the best of luck in their current situation.

To answer any previous questions we do not prescribe to any individual under the age of 25 years. We also require a current blood test to be done along with a completed physical and Medical History. Finally No Medication will be sent with out our Doctor's approval upon review of these documents.

Final note rumors stated in this post are simply that rumors and have no physical proof attached to them. We are simply stating what is being said in the community that surrounds us and clearing up rumors They are a competitor but also a colleague in the industry of HRT Programs and Do wish them only the best to succeed.
