Great base bro...I would guess your BF to be around 13-15%...not bad (I'm currently a doughboy @ 18%). You've got a great platform there and you've put on some good size already through the shoulders, chest and arms...just wait and see what a difference one cycle will make. The only advice I would give is...EAT STRICT AND EAT CLEAN!! Stick with the basics, you know what they are and be just as dilligent about your food as you are about your training and your gear.
