If you don't already drink it... just stick to green tea, and/or caffeine... JMO..
I can't stand the taste, but lots of bro's on the board drink it... it wouldn't be too bad, as long as you don't add sugar or cream... but there are easier ways to ingest caffeine besides coffee...![]()
yea i was going to use it as a source of caffeine, but what other ways do you suggest. ... Pills?
i love coffee, but i stay away from it while im dieting...it makes me sh*t and piss like crazy, i think b/c its a diuretic..

That's 6 cents per dose. Imagine all those people paying $5 to get the same 200mg at Starbucks. Ouch!
I think black coffee rules for dieting, I may add some splenda or sweet and low to it, but no cream unless I'm bulking up. I say drink 1 cup in the morning, then drink your green tea throughout the day. Dorian Yates used to drink the fuc* outta black coffe.

i drink black coffee with splenda during bulking and cutting phases and have yet to have any issues with how my body turns out....just gotta hit the bathroom all the time.

Go to the supermarket and get some NoDoz.
For cutting I don't see a problem, the problem for me is when bulking. I have a cup about an hour after my first meal, but eating that next meal, on time, is tough. Either I get too involved in a project or I just can't get myself to eat.
