Fitness is the craze today, everyone wants a better body, just look at how many infomercials are on TV late at night, most of them are for some new-designed ab machine promising perfect abs, LOL. The general public thinks that some magic pill, or special food programs will give them the results they want. They need to come here and research as well as get off their butts and do something about their weight problem or see a doctor to get their thyroids checked. JMO
