What sparks your anger? Are there specific things that set you off, or do you just up and go off the deep end? From personal experience I have trained my mind to think it completely through before I blow up. I tell myself that as a smart person I can make the decision to control my anger instead of making the decision to let my anger control me. It took some practice but determination and will power helped me thru it. Now I am in complete control of my moods. Hope this helps.
