Well, for some of you who know me, I was attempting that diet of mine, well, as you can see in the pictures, it didn't go well

I basically dumped the Clen and diet and now I guess i'm just trying to gain muscle mass. I'm not too worried about the summer any more, I say fuck it, i'll lean/cut up for the summer next year or something I'm still watching my diet though, trying to eat as healthy as possible (although i've been sloppy for the past week or so, but I really need the break).

Current Stats:

Age: 19.5
Height: 5'6 (168cm)
Weight: 190lbs
Training: 2.5 years

Measurements in inches:

Arms = 15.5
Forearms = 12
Chest = 45
Quads = 24
Calves = 15
Waist (belly button) = 38

Stats:

Bench: 185 X 10
Bench (max): 225
Squats: 225 X 3
Bar Curl: 95 X 4
Military: 155 X 8
Shrugs: 315 X 10
Seated Row: 160 X 6

There are some of my stats, might be a bit off, haven't really kept record in past month or so.
