Does anyone have any advice on angermangment??
I've been so pissed off lately it's terrible..
Ive been anger managment/phycologist and it hasn't worked.
I feel really stupid when I loose my temper
ie: this morning I did a real smart thing by putting my arm threw my door![]()
how do you guys handle anger??
btw - im not on a cycle at the moment and Im not an asshole![]()
