    Mmm, not sure about that. I think too many guys go all out on chest and then go through the motions on back and are not proportionate in the end, BUT. . . . there's nothing like making your shirt jump around like there's two puppies playing under it!

    Seems like everyone that have been training for alot of years say the same things, overtrained, ate like **** and wish they knew this from the beginning.
    Wierd that people dont start right today with all this knowledge floating around.
