it looks like you are on a protein diet... if you arent using aas you need to cut back the protein about 15 g to 20 g in meals 2,3,4 and 8... and replace those calories with brown rice and fruits...
you dont weigh enough to be eating over 430 g of protein... i'd cut it back to 225 to 250 g... 275 max... and replace those calories with carbohydrates man... you are eating way too much protein for a natural bodybuilder....
