    it looks like you are on a protein diet... if you arent using aas you need to cut back the protein about 15 g to 20 g in meals 2,3,4 and 8... and replace those calories with brown rice and fruits...

    you dont weigh enough to be eating over 430 g of protein... i'd cut it back to 225 to 250 g... 275 max... and replace those calories with carbohydrates man... you are eating way too much protein for a natural bodybuilder....

    Def Had That In Mind Cut Back On The Pro And Add Some More Carbs All Fruits Are Ok Any Good Ones In Paticular Any Other Carbs Besides Brown Rice
