300mg/ first day
100mg/10 days
50mg/ 10 days.
Nolv. just keep on hand if you show signs of gyno. If you start to get signs , take 40mg/ day untill they go away, then finish out the cycle with 20mg/ day. But don't use it unless you show signs of gyno. it can work against your gains a little
