test or sust?

i know you shouuld take test for your first cycle

Take test with every cycle, and for a first I wouldn't reccomend sust... I wouldn't reccomend it for any cycle... Too hard to keep ur blood levels constant with the different acting esters, and the same results as a test-e, test-c, or prop cycle...
