Congrats on getting off the poision.
Up your protein to 2 grams per pound of your bodyweight. I know 400 grams of protein may seem high. Do it slowly. Try to get 220 grams at first. Then move to 250grams of protein per day, then to 300, then 350, etc. If you notice a shit load of fat gains, then taper the protein down some. Sounds like your looking to play ball or do so. If thats the case...then set aside 2-3 days a wk that you do sprint work and agilities. This will help with the fat gain, if any, from the protein. I don't think you will gain much bad weight by upping the protein...what it will do is keep you from going catabolic,,,,or forcing your body to eat its own muscles to meet its protein requirements. Get this down now so when you hit the gear your good to go.
Since this is your first go around...I really think your cycle is overkill. There is no reason in hell to stack 3 drugs in your first cycle.
Dbol by itself will disappoint you so you did good in choosing that one to stack with something.
Sust will give you 15-20 lbs on its own and you can dick around a little bit on your diet.
Deca will give you 20-30 lbs on its own if your protein is adequate and the cardio is kept low.
You have the classic Anabolic/Androgenic stack there. THe Meat and Potatos of BULKING. But how do you know which one works really well for you? Some guys don't gain spit from Sust...others complain about erection problems from Deca. If you encounter so negative problems you won't know which AS to attribute your problems to.
Here's my .02. If you have all of those items..save them. Pick sust or deca and use it by itself. Run the cycle for 8-12 wks. Try plopping a 19 guage 1.5 in your shoulder cuz you forgot to switch the drawing pin with the injection pin...lol. You will be fine. May take you 20 mins to do it, standing there butt ass naked infront of a mirror...but you will start to look forward to it. Just be sure to clean the area both b4 and after.
I suggest you pick one or the other. No need to stack now. Save that for cycle 3 and above.
If you want to and won't listen to reason...then use either sust or deca as the BASE and the dbol as the variable.
Its your call. Some will say its not enough. Others will say its too much. Some will say, "You only get one FIRST CYCLE so make the most of it." Others will tell you to do this and that. Find what works for you. Its your body and there is only one way to see what works.
Be sure to get a complete physical before you do a damn thing. Have your liver enzymes checked before doing anything....especially DBOL! Get your T-levels checked now as well as your cholesterol. That way when your all done and have cleaned up you can go back for a check up and make sure your FINE.
Expect a little FLU like symptoms the first 2 or 3 wks. Be patient and don't freak if your not gaining 20 lbs in 4 days. Won't work like that. You will find that doing AS and lifting is the easy part...its the EATING that will strain you and its the EATING that will decide the gains you get. Shoot your ass and sit on your ass...all you will get is a big ass. So keep training. Around wk 6-7 you will feel burnt out and your joints will be a little sore probably. Its okay to take a few days off. It will clear your mind and give you a new appetite for training.
Lets see....anything I left out??? Oh yeah...just remember that if your an ASS now you will be a bigger ASS later. Superman wears a cape...you don't. Just chill and resist the urge to tell your friends, etc. etc. Thats how people in the US get nabbed. And that is whats great about having message boards....you can discuss things with people that don't know you.
Take a b4 and after picture. Don't always go by the scale. And the only dumb question is the one that isn't asked!!!
