What does everybody think?
5'10" 240lbs....18-20% BF. Looking for quality gains in LBM as well as fat loss. Want to get down to 12-14% (eventually 10%bf) Calories will stay around 3000/day (maybe drop to 2500), protein will stay above 250g/day. Cardio 5 x week...first thing in the morning, empty stomach.
