Ways to eat egg whites and oatmeal....

I have never ate it with syrup, but hen again I mix my whites with a few regualr eggs for the fat content. I dont mind them with the veggis and salsa.

man the yolks make it that much better though huh?? doesnt suck that if it tastes good its bad and vice versa??? I some times throw in 1 yolk per 8 eggs.
