ya see I know I would do deccent in a weight lifting comp.. i'd have to train lower reps, but I think I would do OK... no way could I ever keep up with those guys who soley train for strongman.. it would take alot of sheer mass/power to walk in and do well with those guys..


highland games is a gong show here.. I started working at the bar here a month before the games, which are a week long drinking fest mixed with a few events and qualifying rounds during the day....

one of the main guys who dose highland games came into the bar when i was working one night.. I was 6'1" ish and 290lbs.. he was about 6'4" and well over 330 (i'd guess) probably about 350-360.. monster.. but his conditioning didnt impress me in the least.. big man tho..
