Drink Tap Water you Ninnys

I would love to drink tap water but I live in a rural area and im hooked up to a well. Even with the water softener hooked up it still has a strange taste from all deposits. I will drink it if there is absolutly nothing else.

I have noticed in the past that the water sold by the gallon in my local grocery store says on the label Source: "Plant city municipal water supply".


So know one else here drinks Fiji???

Bro I love well water. I grew up on well water. I wish I had well water at my house. Hell, when I go to my lake house which has well water I fill up like 4 or 5 gallons & bring it home with me.

I would guess he's got hard water... probaly lost of calcium and lye.

My uncle lives in a rural area where his well water is practically undrinkable, even with all the filters and a softner it tastes like metal.

I have to admit I am lucky for well water, my country house has a surface well (14ft deep) and captures the underground springs that come down the mountains and drain into the lake. That water is cold and crystal clear and super soft (so soft that you have a hard time rincing soap off when you wash).

I also fill gallons of the stuff before I come back in town

The well we have is only like 40-50 feet down and its high in sulfates. My grandmother has a deep well and her water taste awesome! Its like spring water.
