    It's completely fine....... however I usually tan before I lift just because I don't like sitting in a pool of my own sweat

    ROFL doesnt bother me... but im **** sure it bothers the hottie that has to clean the bed when im done..
    and all this ephedra makes me sweat like a fat kid at recess..
