    glutamine peptides or glutamine?

    whast the difference between glutamine peptides or just glutamine? and what is L-glutamine?

    or lets say carnitine or L-carnitine? or acytel L-carnitine?

    im all confused with those Ls and ACYTELS and peptides
    ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

    oh and what is the R in the ala whats the difference between ala and R-ala?

    peptides for glutamine
    acetyl l carnitine
    r is the isomer of ALA which has all the positve affects on insulin.

    normal l-glutamine is a single amino acid, beacuse its "Unprotected" literally

    it has a hard time making it past the PH changes in th GUT (stomach acid)

    glutamine peptides (EnerG from the TheAFstore) and NAG are "protected" literally

    thus we conclude (anecdotally) that the effects of glutamine are deliverable

    and as we say

    "the proof is in the pudding"

    try it and see

    Spend your money on protein. Glutamine will do nothing for you.

    I've never read anything supporting glutamine supplementation in healthy adults.
