I just started concentrating on them around November and now my traps are almost 4 times as big as they were, they grow fast and easily especially if you are on androgens because you have a super high number of androgen receptors in these muscles. Lateral lifts are really good, also any machine that you pull, like rows, lateral pull down bars, etc all develop your traps and delts like crazy. Barbells doing straight out lateral lifts, shrugs, etc all also develop the traps. Machines for developing your neck muscles are also recommended so you get balanced development.
