Hey Jim, to reply you can click on the quote button and that will copy what I said into your post. I aint big, just 180 and 5'7" but I am not trying to get massive. 195 to 200 for me is the ultimate goal. I have a couple of tatto's as well and believe me they hurt a sh!tload more than any shot in the arse ever will. When I did my first shot I was ashamed of myself for how scared I was, and when it went in, it was a like a hot knife through butter and I never felt a thing. I havnt had any experience with Anadriol so I will defer to one of the other Bro's on that one. I know of guys who have done Var only cycles and reckon its great. This is a guy on here called Jake Barnes, he is doing a Var only cycle at the moment. PM him and ask him what he thinks. Sean
