Special permits are necessary to legally own fully automatic weapons.

200 dollar tax stamp and full back ground check by the FBI and ATF is all it takes to own a fully auto pre ban gun in america. of coarse your state may be differant, i know New Jersey you cant own any fully auto stuff. you cant even carry a gun, which makes me laugh cause im sure that 99% of newark and jersey city are armed lol

tell ur buddy to get an mp5sd word is they are discontinuing them soon...
should put a bit of value on them after a few years..

killing in cold blood isn't so bad, if its in retaliation to something, you get de-sensitized to it after a while

well i dont think i could just walk up and pick a random person, but if someone was trying to jack my sh-t, hurt me or my family, or something like that id have problems in shooting them. its weird, back in philly id drive around and when id come to a corner id look around and think to myself, "ok who wants to get shot today" kinda sick but i guess cause i was just always ready to use it.

he even has the suitcase for the mp5k, its a briefcase that you can shoot out of lol. the mp5k fits inside of it, and the handle has a trigger built into it. the made it for diplomats body guards and the element of suprise. ill try and find the video of it

yeh the mp5k is gettin phased out in the concealment war though...

They're exchanging it with gun that incorporates an eletronic firing pin (well no actual firing pin) which can get out around about 100 rounds per second or something along those lines...
its also about the size of ur hand, although its accuracy is ****e, but all bg's carry around the MP5 too for further range and punch

It's not the tax stamp that's a pain, it's dealing with the chief of police telling him why you need a machine gun, then the wait.. oh god the wait. ATF holds you up FOREVER.

exactly, the 200 bucks is chump change when your buying a Full Auto. its the **** waiting period that sucks.

It's pretty funny how everyone assumes that gun owners are paranoid and they shouldn,t have a full-auto weapon, considering that only 1 crime has ever been commited with a legally owned machine gun in the US. Whats also ironic is that the guy who commited that crime was a cop. If you ask me, I'm proud that I live in a country where we have these types of freedoms. Beats having the government tell you what you can own because they assume that you're some kind of criminal.

NJ is Fuked up... Even out of state cops must disarm before crossing over
into NJ... They aren't even allowed to carry legally... Gotta love it, so a
bad guys is trying to kill a bunch of people and you're a Cop, but you're
not suppose to be carrying your gun on you just incase you run into a
bad spot like that... lol
