Also with that weight gain you should be training more intensely and make sure to get your rest for recovery. With addition to protein calories in general should go up as well. I would have thought with 19lbs that you should have added almost 2" to your arms???? everyone is different but if it is lean mass I think every 10 lbs should add an inch... this is only theoryOriginally Posted by beast N°1
