As far as being a medical expert (read my disclaimer in red below): I had the same concern a long time ago. I took time to find out more about how the testes work and have shared that information with someone who had a similar concern.
As far as this happening to people who aren't cycling: I never said it didn't happen to those not cycling.
As far as your attitude is concerned: Taking this approach with other members and staff will be the quickest way to be shown the exit. Instead of getting defensive you should consider taking the advice/coaching less personally.
