veg, tuna, fish, chicken, rice, no sugar oatmeal, water, tea,

take animal pak, glutamine, and ECA stack right now. thats what i do normally.

also I eat wheat made pastas here and there. (about 2 times a week)

thats my current diet, I make multiple dishes out of thsee

i also like salmon for omega 3 fatty acids in addition to flax seed oil supplementation.

also i am allergic to whey, is there a good protein supplement other than soy, I heard this converts to estrogen. thank you
Egg albimum, casienates, glutimine powder(may check into that I think it is derived from whey) all these you could use and it would supplement whole foods.

Also what do you take for your pwo? That is the most important meal of the day.
