    LR3 doesn't need to be injected bi laterally or in the muscle worked, it's not hIGF-1. You don't need BW or stile water if you can handle a staight BA or AA injection

    I use BW because if i dont half of the igf will still be in the pin when done, the BW makes sure you get all the IGF out

    Get some pins that don't have removable needles

    yeah thats what i use for igf, i just feel like i get it all out with the BW. but also pushin the needle thru 2 vials also makes it a little duller, oh well

    i always added an extra 5ius before i withdrew the igf to make sure i pushed it all out.....didnt want to waste a drop
