I worked out with a guy that could bench press about 300 kgs at age 24. He was quite a freak *lol*. I heard he started jucing at age 13 though !!!!
I think he might be starting to get health problems. Either way, I could tell he was on something, and I assumed it wasn`t just whole weat and creatine
