    I am guessing you use a lot of GH - you have got "the look." way to go... side delts, arms, and chest, are solid. I am 5' 11'' 237 and look like crap compared to you, definitely something to shoot for!!!!!

    I never use gh.I'm am 24 yrs and i train for 6years.I did many cycle of test and anabo.This is a picture of me after 3yrs trainning at 21yrs@215lbs.
