well when i lay my var on my new cycle i was just thinking and curious.
i know they say split up the var dosage per day by 2.. approx 9 hours apart due to its halflife. now my question is this.. the 1st day should i take 3 dosages...basically instead of:
30mg morning, 30mg late afternoon, that would basically mean the first part is gone. so @ the gym i may have like 30-45mg in my body..
should i try and do 60mg morning then follow from them on with 30's?
