2cc for delts, 3ccs for butt, 1 cc for tri/bi, 2-3 for quads, 1cc for calves
but of course if you're shoting thick oils you wouldn't want to shot more
than 1cc at each spot as the pain will kill you for days straightly, so mix
thick oils with milder oils then split the shots and you'll be fine all the time, bro.
