My buddy and I are debating over this issue. I told him that one can shed bodyfat and add muscle from a test/dbol cycle IF AND ONLY IF your diet is in check. He on the other hand claims that even if your diet is in check, you wont shed bodyfat with this cycle. What do you guys think?
Oh, and BTW, the diet that I am talking about is the lean diet that this forum has as a sticky in the nutrition section.
EDIT- Would Test/Dbol (Dbol being the kick starter for wks 1-4) yield the same results as Test/M1t (M1T being the kick starter for wks 1-4)??
