Gyno excision with liposuction vs. Surgery

I am thinking of getting my gyno removed. I have been researching and found out removal with lypo only costs about 600$ compared to surgery to remove the glands which is 3-5k. Now I know with lypo the glands will still be there, but if I take the proper precautions that should prevent it from happening again. My current gyno is from pubery mainley, it has gotten a little worse with usage. Am I overlooking anything here? Lypo will probably be way faster recovery time also. Any thoughts?

go with the surgery man you wont be happy with the results if your the glands have developed more then the lipo can handle. You will still be left with puffy nips and the lipo prolly wont be all that effective in reducing the overall look of your chest.


Maybe post a pic so we can see how bad and if lipo will be sufficent

if you get the surgery and remove the glands does that mean you will not get gyno again no matter how much test you use?

I would get it removed completely.
I waited around until my insurance paid for it.
I have to get it done by May 11.
I will post some before and after pics.
Your doesen't seem that bad from the one shot.

so if you get the glands removed completely, you do not have to worry about gyno again and how did you get you insurence to pay for it?

I had both done. Lypo was painful as $hit and a total waste of time. Took a long time to recover also. Once I had the glands removed I never felt gyno symptoms again.

tell the doctor it is very painfull and is interfereing with everyday activities and try to get the doctor to label it as a non cosmetic surgery because if it is cosmetic then usually insurance wont cover it.

I tried that. They didn't want to hear it.

So will you never get Gyno again once you have removed the glands?

there is still a chance of getting it again because your chest would look funky if they took 100% of the gland out.

But your chances are substantialy lower.
