    nope whit good diet and after 10 weeks I got insane and took like 1g-1.5g/week in 6 weeks and thats why i lost it all

    so not 3.5 kg and its not a lie. but when i stared my second cycle whith750mg/week i happend nothing at all gain as you said like 3.5 kg in 5 weeks bad as hell.

    ive done 2 cycles before my first was just 8 weeks of test e 500mg's per week my second was the same but last 10 weeks and included deca with it 400mg's per week of the deca....you said i could gain that naturally can i do it naturally in about 2-3 months becuase if i can lol thats wow gr8t and for tha dude who said he will WAGER one my diet lol here ya go bro have fun with this

    breakfast:
    6 egg whites
    2 egg yolks
    1 cup oat meal
    1 banana
    2 cups of milk

    snack:
    peanut butter sandwich
    protein shake

    Lunch:
    1 can of tuna
    peanut butter sandwich
    weight gainer shake

    Snack:
    protein shake
    bagel with peanut butter and about 3.5-4 oz's of meat on it
    1/2 rice

    Dinner:
    10oz of either steak or chicken breast or pork
    baked potato
    salad
    2 cups of milk

    #1 of course your not going to gain 20-30 lbs in 2-3 months, more like 2 years, but building a solid natural base is well worth the wait

    #2 Your diet plan has every meal including pro/carbs/fat, bad idea, great way to store fat

    #3 your diet plan includes only 5 meals? Try 6-8 bro, that's what I mean...

    #4 Where's your PWO nutrition? What you taking RIGHT after your workout, and what you taking 45min after that??? Your diet is DEFINATELY NOT in order, check out the diet forum.
