Heres the question I have then, try to put it simple if I can -

While using VAR, I know you can have a calorie deficit and still grow a little and lose BF, BUT, I want to gain not just a little, but a fair bit of LBM if possible - hence the addition of prop EOD. So, would I be wasting the prop (Which is there primarily to increase mass) IF I consume less than Maintenance cals, or will I still grow enough if Im on less than maintenance calories ??

Basically, I dont know how much the two will allow me to grow. My very first cycle was a V.Low dose of prop/deca for 10 weeks and although I consumed over 5000cals the majority of it, I only gained BF, and now that Ive dieted down to drop that BF, I weigh exactly what I weighed before the cycle. So basically I gained nothing from that one. I DONT want that to happen again though - so thats why Im worried about how much to eat.
