I am going to be starting my second cycle of the below -
wk 1-10 = Test Prop @ 150mg EOD
wk 3-10 = BD VAR @ 40mg ED
PCT will be clomid and nolva starting 3 days after last shot.
I may also be including the Clen that I have during the cycle.
My question is, my stats are -
age 23
weight 195lbs
BF approx 12%
height 5'10"
Arms 18"
waist 30"
anything else ?!??
I plan on dropping my BF to single digits, while also increasing as much muscle mass as possible - especially LBM. Vascularity and strength would also be good to go up !
So, what type of diet would i need to have to achieve the above ?? Just basic cal amounts and macronutrient details will do but details would be great.
My maintenance calorie level is approx 3900cals but I am not sure whether, while on this cycle, I can increase my cals to ABOVE maintenance, whilst STILL LOSING BODYFAT.
