Flexing at injection spot

I was going through Spotinjections.com and saw most of the pictures are flexed muscles being injected into. I am sure this is dangerous

flexing a muscle while injecting can be dangerous. if you unflex the needle has a chance to break off or bend in you. thats why it is always better relaxed.

and , in my opinion, the spotinjections.com shows strange pictures.
i just can´t agree with that positions of shot. Check the calf pic... no no no !

the only one i agree with on spot injection is the quad, i like to stand up when i shoot quad, not flex hard, but standing up, the muscle is partially flexed
