wait a few years... eat a lot...eat clean and work out and you'll grow
your still young.... take advantage of your naturally high test production.. put all your energy into getting your diet tight... this can make just as big a difference as gear... believe it or not...

At 19, you are no where near ready for steroids. They won't pack anything on you if you have nothing yet. Build the foundation naturally, then try to add a house. A house w/no foundation is not a house, it crumbles into a pile of sh*t.

i dont think u should do a cycle, this is comin from a person that is 19 like u, and trainin for about 3 years, i recently set aside my first cycle until im 21 cause i learned alot of stuff here and decided to wait till im atleast 21. remeber wait u gain really fast can also come off real fast if not done correctly..and u should have atleast 5 years trainin and alot of education about steroids. now if u still decide to go through with it it would look like this.
