    Junior .. Whats Best Cycle To Start/where From?

    19 YEARS OLD.. 14.3 STONE.. 6'4 INCHES TALL..
    LOOKIN TO PACK ON MUSCLE REAL FAST..
    LOOKIN FOR SOME INFO ON WHATS BEST FOR IT..

    What is your workout experience? Why do you need to pack on muscle real fast?

    young...

    your still young.... take advantage of your naturally high test production.. put all your energy into getting your diet tight... this can make just as big a difference as gear... believe it or not...

    What's best is:

    1) Sound diet for training/non-training days.

    2) Training correctly and intensely.

    3) Adequate rest.

    The above should be repeated for YEARS on end.

    At 19, you are no where near ready for steroids. They won't pack anything on you if you have nothing yet. Build the foundation naturally, then try to add a house. A house w/no foundation is not a house, it crumbles into a pile of sh*t.

    i dont think u should do a cycle, this is comin from a person that is 19 like u, and trainin for about 3 years, i recently set aside my first cycle until im 21 cause i learned alot of stuff here and decided to wait till im atleast 21. remeber wait u gain really fast can also come off real fast if not done correctly..and u should have atleast 5 years trainin and alot of education about steroids. now if u still decide to go through with it it would look like this.

    i have been training for roughly 2 years.. toned.. but not musle mass.. i find it had to put on the weight and keep it on.. could you send me a workout setup for a weekly basis and a diet prog..? if not do you know anyone who can?

    do your research

    figure out your dialy caloric needs, eat healthy and bump up the calories if you want to bulk up
