can u make your question a bit more clear. r u asking whether clen and eca will produce the same results? or r u asking that because u just finished a t3/clen cycle?

Its a question about recovery.
I did a 6 week cycle of t3 and clen from which my thyroid needs to recover completely. When is it safe to start using eca or clen again (not t3, just those 2) since they both affect the thyroid a little bit?
