Smoked Salmon is delicious and yes it is high in protein...but it also high in fat. Now it is Omega 3 fat which is good...but don't go overboard. Also smoked salmon is cured with sugar and salt so use it sparingly.Originally posted by J-Dogg
I think smoked salmon might be another good one for me. 0 carbs and loads of protien.
