hi, i like to take my test 2 times a week, i think its ok cuz im not a big fan of needles, so im thinking to go down to 1 shot/week with deca 400mg and test 500. is that ok , does that gives the same result , more/less sides?

Stick with deca once a week and test twice. It will keep your blood levels more stable during the week. If you started taking two per week already than stick with it.

I dont know,but i like to take more than one a week,200 mg x 2/week and 250 mg 2 x week to keep level of tes. on blood.
