That is the truth for sure, but I think some of us lose sight of that and foget that sometimes. (ie: not getting bloodwork done, not taking enough time off etc...)

Dude, I don't mean to scare you, but I would go to a cardiologist and go get checked out, this is the same complaint my friend was having and it turned out he had an over thick muscle in his heart, and he has to make some lifestyle changes. It's better to know those things, so you can help them out. Again, don't mean to scare you, but its not worht it to not get checked out.
