I had about 10 Anadrolics kicking around so I took half before workout and half about 6hrs later. I had amaizing power increase in 5 days. My legpress went to 28 plates 1260lbs for close to 6 reps and I added 3 reps on my bechpress from 15 reps with 315lbs to 17 reps with 315lbs. And thats only 1 a day.
