This is a common mistake bro...way too much lifting and not enough rest. Rest is as important as working out, or you won't see much gain. After you tear up fiber in a good workout, if you tear it again before recovery, you will see little to no results. You should work out no more than 4 days a week and lift no more than 50-60 minutes, otherwise cortizal build up starts undoing what you are trying to do.

I am up about 15 lbs of weightt on this cycle. I do gain more weight on test, but not as lean as it is on this cycle, and no bloat whatsoever.
