Well, i know theyre healthier...
But healthy isnt what im asking. Theyre conversion to fat on the body is what im asking.
So what im asking is will they be stored like any other fat may be stored, no matter how healthy they may be for the body.

due to their nature i would say they would be more reluctant to be stored as fat since they can be utilized much easier by the body as fuel.Originally Posted by chris2wire

EFAs can be stored just like any other fat.
It's not smart to go nuts with EFAs, too much is just as bad as too little.
