I've not really messed with Susp, so can't comment on that vs. Prop. But I'd start your Test-E right off the bat. With how you've got it set up, you won't start noticing any real effects from it until Wk 12 or so, which is a waste IMO. Start it at the first of your cycle & you'll like it better.
As far as the Susp, I'll let those with more experience with it answer.
