i know it's rule of thumb to run test one week past the deca. But i'am with rodge on this one i hate deca and i think it might be better to run the test an extra week it carn't hurt

i always experienced a easyer recovery when running the test-e 2 weeks past the deca but thats just my opinion.

now i dont come of at all so for me it doesn't matter anymore
