I think one of the most helful things I did was completely cut out all dairy. My meals are all pretty much interchangeable, the only constant is the eggs and oatmeal everyday for breakfast, protein bar/shake PWO, and thursday cheat at Taco Bell, oh, and I get sushi for lunch every Saturday.
    Congrats on your progress, awesome dedication! In regards to your diet, whats your beverage consumption like? How much and what types? Water, Juice, Cranberry Juice, Sodas, Gatorades? I know you said you cut out the dairy, so im assuming no milk at all? Thanks.

    Thanks. I only drink water, at least a gallon a day. I carry my gallon jug everywhere. Although when I take creatine, I usually take it with apple juice. But other than that, just water. I do miss milk though when I make my shakes cause theyre pretty nasty mixed with water.

    You look really good man. Only thing I can say is if you can get ur lower abs out you would look amazing...I know they are hard for sure, but it would really complete ur look. Good work!
